PET TALK: Meet “Tattoo” and “Princess”
Happy Labor Day everyone. In t onight ‘s Pet Talk, we meet a Queensland Heeler named Tattoo and a Gray and White cat named Princess. Both of these animals have been at the shelter since July and as we approach fall, what better way to kick off the season than to give one of these animals a forever home.
First up is Miss Tattoo. A Black and Tan Queensland Heeler. She is estimated to be around five years old and for those that are familiar with the Heeler breed, you know they are full of energy and Tattoo is no exception. She was found as a stray in Yuma and weighs a solid 37 pounds. She enjoys a lot of activity whether that be running around in the backyard, going for walks or just getting a lot of attention. She can be quite dominant, so it’s important she finds a home with a dog her size or bigger and it is preferred that she goes to a home without young children. Tattoo is spayed and ready to meet you.
Next we have Princess. A friendly Gray and White cat. Princess weighs about nine pounds and is super soft to the touch. A lover of back rubs, Princess would make for a perfect companion. Princess was an surrender due to her owner not having time for her so here on pet talk we are giving her a chance to find a family that wants to make the time. She is spayed, loves to play and enjoys getting treats.
If you are interested in Tattoo or Princess, you can call .The Humane Society of Yuma at (928) 782-1621 . They are open Tuesday through Sunday and for more details head to Madison Kimbro’s facebook page @Madisonkyma.
