Driver walks away from rollover unscathed
In many cases drivers involved in rollovers usually receive severe injuries and can even be deadly. But, on Tuesday morning one commuter walked away from a crash unscathed. The crash happened just after eleven in the morning on Interstate 8 just west of the Foothills Boulevard exit; the driver was heading west when they lost control and veered to the right shoulder. The small sedan then began to roll, crashing into a nearby fence that separates the interstate and North Frontage Road.
According to the Rural Metro Fire Department when they arrived on scene the driver refused to be treated. The cause of the accident is currently under investigation.
