A University may be making its way to Yuma.
A four-year University may be making its way to Yuma in the near future. On January 11th, the city will be presenting the conceptual plans for the University. City officials say the proposed site is in the area just south of Giss Parkway between Madison Avenue and the Union Pacific railroad line. The city says it would bring restoration into the area and bring more people to Yuma. If you are interested in finding out more, the open house will be held on January 11th at 6 p-m at City Hall.
