Echoes from Capitol Hill voice possible sanctions against Russia; those sanctions set to be announced later this week. The reason behind the sanctions; retaliation for Russia’s repeated interference during this year’s presidential election.

According to media outlets the White House is accusing Russia of hacking the Democratic Party and using the information obtained to stain Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton’s image. It’s unknown what type of sanctions will be put in place or if President Trump will remove them once in office.
