YPD looking for armed robbery suspect

The Yuma Police Department is looking for a suspect that allegedly robbed a convenience store in Yuma Tuesday morning. YPD said offcers responded to the Chevron located at 500 E. 32nd St. Tuesday at 4:12 a.m.

The victim told police a man entered the business and demanded money. He was able to get away with some cash.

The suspect is described as a white male, wearing blue jeans and a black long-sleeved shirt. Police also said he had multiple bandanas covering most of his face. Police said he ran away in an unknown location.

YPD encourages anyone with any information about this case to please call them at (928)373-4700 or 78-CRIME to remain anonymous. Remember if you information leads to an arrest you may receive up to a $1,000 cash reward.
