Wellness Center of Yuma hosts its ribbon-cutting ceremony
YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The Wellness Center of Yuma hosted its ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The new facility specializes in pain management through the use of red light and laser therapy, a drug-free alternative to pain medication.
This therapy uses light to help regenerate cells, restore function, and trigger blood flow to injured areas of the body.
"This is a natural light that is taken and made more concentrated in order to apply and as far as we see it, there is no downside if it is done right," says owner Chandrasekhar Doniparthi.
The wellness center is located on First Avenue and Second Street in Downtown Yuma.
