The streak is over: gas prices go up for first time in 99 days

(KYMA, KECY/ CNN) - After sinking every day for more than three months, the average price of a gallon of gas just went up.

Now, it's only by a penny - with prices now hitting $3.68 according to AAA.

But for those of you counting, that ends 98 consecutive days of falling pump prices, which was the second-longest streak on record going back to 2005.
