(KYMA, KECY/CBS) - In this CBS consumer segment we become aware of just what is beating us in the world of online shopping - shopping bots.

The shopping bots work tirelessly and have the advantage of beating a normal working human.

Some retail experts are saying it is not illegal but it is challenging their ethical beliefs.
