The Yuma Crossing National Heritage Area art contest

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY-TV) - The Yuma Crossing National Heritage Area is looking for locals to submit artwork for their current art contest.

The contest theme is on conserving water in Yuma.

It’s a great way for locals to share their drawing skills while supporting ways to learn and save our local water.

One submission per person.

With participating age groups from child to 18-years old. 

And adults 19 and older. 

One submission per person and only paper art is accepted.

You can send your art to 180 W. 1st Street, STE E, Yuma AZ 85364 or email it at yumacrossing@yumaaz.gov. 

Art submissions have been extended until August 5th.

Winners pieces will be displayed at the Colorado River State Historic Park.

Make sure to send in your artwork.
