Research claims half of the U.S. has been exposed to lead in childhood

(KYMA, KECY/CNN) - A new study reports a large portion of the U.S. has been exposed to high levels of lead exposure which could cause serious health problems.

Some of the health problems are anemia, kidney and brain damage.

One health expert recommends to wash off toys and hands before preparing food to help minimize lead exposure.
