US Air Force Airman completes intensive training

Keithen Estrada, a U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class, graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, in San Antonio, Texas.

Estrada completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Estrada is the son of Angela Estrada, grandson of Murl Ford, Perry Ford, and Kathy Estrada, nephew of Krystle and Adrian Estrada and Jason Bradley and cousin of Dorian Johnson.

Estrada is a 2015 graduate of Tempe High School, Tempe, Ariz.
