PET TALK: Meet “Tex” and “Bellamy”

Tonight in Pet Talk, we meet a oh-so friendly feline named Tex and a beautiful Blue Heeler named Bellamy. First up, is Tex… A black and white domestic short hair. It’s pretty obvious, Tex hasn’t been a stray for long due to his affectionate nature towards people. He has been at the shelter for almost a month now and would be a great addition for anyone looking for a feline companion. Next we have, Bellamy. Bellamy is a striking Blue Heeler. It’s rare to see this breed in the shelter. Quite a sturdy guy with beautiful markings; He needs a home that is familiar with the Blue Heeler breed. A natural born herder, its important he goes to a family without young children. He gets along with other dogs, but prefers to be the only canine around. Bellamy is on his last couple weeks at the shelter due to behavioral issues, so if you are interested in him, Please contact the Humane Society of Yuma. You may be his last hope. If you are interested in either Tex or Bellamy, you can call the Humane Society of Yuma at (928) 782-1621. They are open Tuesday through Sunday.
