Plane makes emergency landing on Phoenix street

PHOENIX, Ariz. (KYMA, KSWT, KECY) - A small plane was forced to make an emergency landing on a street in north Phoenix.
It happened near the Dear Valley airport Wednesday morning.
The plane hit at least six vehicles in a used car lot during the crash landing.
Phoenix firefighters say the pilot and passenger initially refused medical treatment, but one person ultimately went to the hospital for evaluation. No one on the ground got hurt.
The National Transportation Safety Board and Federal Aviation Administration are investigating the crash.
