Chief Jessup said, ” Where it’s at and then prosecute those that are involved and send those females that are involved in the agencies that can help them transition into life. ”
Jessup says those who are targeted are teens, the youngest being 12 years old.
According to Chief Jessup , “A lot of these teenagers, a lot of younger women that are usually promised the American life.”
