KYMA’s annual Share Your Holiday Turkey Drive

The holiday season is the perfect time to give to the less fortunate. With Thanksgiving being a few weeks away, KYMA’s annual share your holiday turkey drive is happening today from 6 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., at the following Walmart locations.

The Crossroads Mission is collecting donations at the following Walmart locations:

Walmart Supercenter – 2501 S Avenue B, Yuma, AZ 85364

Walmart Supercenter – 2900 S Pacific Ave, Yuma, AZ 85364

Walmart Supercenter – 8151 E 32nd Street, Yuma, AZ 85365

The Crossroads Mission is also in need of the following items:

Turkeys, hams, fresh vegetables, canned goods, seasonings, staple food (eggs, milk, flour, etc.), and toiletries.

The following stores have turkeys and hams available for purchase:

Albertsons- Turkeys are $1.49 a pound and they have big and small ham sizes (prices vary).

Sprouts- Organic turkey is $2.99 and regular turkey is $1.99 a pound.

Walmart- Jennie-O turkey is .68 a pound and Butterball turkeys are .98 a pound. Spiral hams are $2.26 a pound at the Walmart in Pacific and $2.48 a pound at the Avenue B location.
