Reward for fugitive murder suspects
U.S. Marshals have released up to a $10,000 reward for each of two homicide suspects that escaped when being extradited on Monday.
Blane Barksdale , 56, and Susan Barksdale , 59, were said to have escaped custody while being extradited from New York to Pima County, Arizona.
Susan Barksdale is white or white Hispanic, 5-feet 7-inches, and 110-pounds.
U.S. Marshals said the Barksdales overpowered two security officers in Blanding , Utah. The two are wanted in connection with the murder of a 72-year-old Tucson man in April.
Blake Barksdale has multiple tattoos on his arms and hands. He is a white or Hispanic male, 6-feet 5-inches, 265-pounds, blue eyes, and brown hair.
The couple were last seen driving a red GMC Sierra truck, with damage to the front passenger side and rear bumper. The Arizona license plate is, 127XTY .
Blane and Susan are believed to be armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
The U.S. Marshals Service, FBI, Tucson Police Department, and numerous other law enforcement agencies are assisting in this investigation.
