Level 3 sex offender, new address
The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office ( YCSO ) is notifying the community that Anthony Joe Scott is now residing at the 1400 block of E. 29th Place in Yuma.
According to YCSO , he is described as 5 feet , 11 inches , weighs 275 pounds , has brown/gray hair, and brown eyes.
On October 22, 1981, Scott was convicted in the Maricopa County Superior Court of sexual conduct with a minor. YCSO said The victim was a 14-year-old female who was known to him.
According to YCSO , on September 17, 2001, Scott pled guilty in the Yavapai County Superior Court to attempted molestation of a child. The victim was an 11-year-old female who was known to him. He was sentenced to 15 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections.
Scott is considered a Level 3 sex offender with a high risk to re-offend.
