Must-see video: Firefighters rescue deer from canal

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KYMA, KECY/CNN) - A deer fell into a Sacramento canal on Sunday, November 7.

First responders received a call from bystanders witnessing the deer attempting to scale out of the canal's sides.

A rescue boat was then used to pull the deer to safety without any major injuries.
