The Harlem Wizards are coming to Yuma
YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY, KSWT) - The Harlem Wizards are bringing their world-famous basketball show to Yuma.
The Wizards will visit Castle Dome Middle School on Saturday, February 1, 2020 for a night of basketball tricks and family fun.
The Desert Coyotes, made up of Mary A. Otondo Elementary school teachers, as well as our local Military will get a shot at playing a game against the Wizards, a fundraiser for the school's PTO.
"We are delighted to host the Wizards," says Minerva Whittaker, President of Mary A. Otondo PTO.
"They are superb showmen who deliver fantastic all-ages entertainment for a great cause."
Before the game, any child or teen with a Wizards jersey can warm-up with the Wizards.
Be prepared for audience participation! Throughout the event audience members will be asked to volunteer in various contests and acts.
The end of the night includes an invitation for all kids to celebrate with the Wizards on the court.
