Two with warrants arrested for illegally crossing through Morelos Dam

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - US Border Patrol Yuma Sector says two people were arrested for illegally entering the United States with warrants near Morelos Dam.

An aunt, Gladys Norma Herrera Moncada, 52, and nephew, Giancarlos Ayala Herrera, 32, had warrants for burglary from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Both were found on Tuesday night and will be turned over to local law enforcement as well as be extradited to Florida.
