California father arrested and facing court after 4 kids, grandmother killed
Recent murder under investigation
LANCASTER, Calif. (KYMA, KECY/AP) - A California father, who was recently suspected of murder, will be going on trial after the deaths of four kids and his mother-in-law.
29-year-old Germarcus David turned himself in to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department and was jailed on Sunday night.
David's wife discovered the bodies of their children, all of whom were under 12, and their grandmother at the family's home.
Authorities are still investigating and haven't released a motive for the shooting.
David's records show he is a security with an expired permit to carry a gun.
He will be in court on Tuesday.
