Protestors raise their voices in song
Washington demonstration produces musical moment of unity
WASHINGTON, D.C. (KYMA, KECY) - More inspiring moments are emerging from nationwide protests against the death of George Floyd.
Cell phone video from a demonstration in the nation's capitol captured hundreds lending their voices to the classic song "Lean on Me."
The video shows a small sea of protestors singing and raising their cell phones to illuminate the evening.
It's just another example of the positive energy that appears to be replacing the violence seen in early demonstrations against Floyd's death.
