Somerton murder suspect formally charged
The man accused of killing a Somerton woman late Saturday night was formally charged in Yuma Justice Court Wednesday.
Issac Rivera is facing one felony charge of premeditated First Degree murder per domestic violence or in alternative First Degree murder involving kidnapping .
Rivera is accused of stabbing Leticia Martinez on Angelica Street in Somerton .
Judge Juan Guerrero denied Rivera bond again.
The case will be transferred to Yuma County Superior Court on November 7.
