Yuma named sunniest city in the world
Sleepopolis announced Yuma to be one of the top 10 sunniest places in the world.
Sleepopolis , a comprehensive sleep industry research group, says they analyzed the total number of annual sunshine hours of cities across the globe to see which cities are the sunniest.
Their report was said to be inspired by the sun’s influence on sleep quality and wellness. Sunshine is said to be the number one external factor to affect sleep quality.
According to Sleepopolis , the cities were chosen based on data on the annual total of sunshine hours per day.
