Fight lands inmate in hospital

The Arizona Department of Corrections has confirmed an inmate landed in the hospital Friday night after a fight broke out at the Arizona State Prison Complex.

The DOC did not detail what started the fight but explained the inmate was taken to the hospital as a precaution.

The inmate was returned to the prison complex Saturday morning, according to the DOC.
