Lane restriction on 4th Avenue

Crews will remove and replace a traffic signal equipment at 4th Avenue and 28th Street on April 22-24.

4th Ave. traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction and will be allowed to proceed straight through the intersection, while 28th Street traffic from both directions will be forced to turn right.
