YCSO searching for missing man
The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing person who left his home on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at 7:00 a.m.
The missing person is Kenneth Richard Oatney, a 67-year-old resident from Yuma who was reported missing from the 13600 block of South Avenue 29E.
Mr. Oatney is described as a white male, 6’3″, approximately 185 pounds, gray hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue plaid flannel jacket, blue jeans and gray Wrangler slip-on shoes. Mr. Oatney suffers from schizophrenia and dementia.
The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office has exhausted all continuous efforts to locate Mr. Oatney.
