Salinas police locate man who licked doorbell
Officials with the Salinas Police Department say they have located the man seen licking a doorbell in the now viral video.
33-year-old Roberto Daniel Arroyo was contacted and questioned regarding the prowling and theft incidents.
Officers tell us because the charges are misdemeanors, he was not arrested. The case has now been forwarded to the Monterey County District Attorney’s office for review and prosecution.
He is charged with prowling and petty theft.
