A festive salad for your holiday meal

Local farmer’s wife, Laura Dunn shares her favorite festive salad to add to your holiday meal during this week’s Home Grown segment. It’s called the Yuma Holiday Salad. The recipe calls for: Spring Mix leafy greens, oranges, pomegranates, red onions, grapes, toasted pecans, feta cheese, diced up dried figs and top the salad with a sun ripened balsamic vinegar and you can add bacon and cranberries if you would like.
