Pet Talk: Meet Alaska and Clooney
In tonight’s Pet Talk, we meet a pocket-pit named Clooney and a small curious orange cat named Alaska.
First up is Alaska. He was brought to the shelter in September. He can be a bit shy at first, but loves to climb around and explore. He was surrendered by his owners due to landlord issues and now Alaska is ready for a home he can call his own. He plays well with other cats and enjoys being held. He is estimated to be around a-year-old and will be neutered upon adoption.
Next up is Clooney. This small Pit bull is full of energy and love. He is super friendly and loves the company of people. He is also big on his stuffed animals. He loves them. It’s unknown how Clooney is with other dogs, but he would be great for a family who has the time to really give him all the attention he deserves. He enjoys playing fetch and cuddling up by your side. He is estimated to be around four-years-old.
This Black Friday all adult dogs at the Humane Society of Yuma are half off. That means Clooney will only be $15 to adopt. A small price to pay for some holiday cheer.
If you are interested either Alaska or Clooney, you can call the Humane Society of Yuma at (928) 782-1621. They will be closed this Thursday, Thanksgiving Day.
