Level 3 sex offender now residing in Yuma

The Yuma Police Department is informing the public of a level three sex offender who is now residing in Yuma.

Forty-five-year-old Charles Edward Eaves now lives in the 1600 block of South Magnolia Avenue in Yuma. He is described as 6 feet, 230 pounds, with auburn hair, and hazel eyes.

According to YPD, Charles Eaves was convicted on three counts including criminal sexual conduct of a person ages 13 through 15.

Eaves is a level three sex offender with a high risk to re-offend.
