Convicted sex offender new address in Yuma County
The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office would like to notify the community that 35-year-old Carlos Flores, is now residing at 2750 S. Avenue 17 E. in Yuma, AZ.
Flores is considered a Level 2 sex offender with a medium risk to re-offend.
He is described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
On July 31, 2014, Flores pled guilty to misdemeanor Sexual Battery in the Superior Court of California, County of San Bernardino, Joshua Tree District. He was sentenced to 120 days in jail, with credit for 27 days served and lifetime registration required.
His victim was an adult female acquaintance and Flores is not on probation or parole.
