Suspect accused of attacking and murdering his grandmother pleads not guilty

The man accused of killing his grandmother with a picture frame pleaded not guilty to several felony charges Monday morning in Yuma Superior Court.

Victor Manuel Bravo Jr. appeared before Judge Haws. During his arraignment, the court stated all charges Bravo is facing, along with his prior domestic violence convictions.

Bravo allegedly assaulted his grandmother July 8. According to court documents, his weapon was a picture frame.

Twenty-one-year-old Victor Manuel Bravo, Jr. is being held at the Yuma County Detention Center on a $1,000,000 cash only bond.
