Armed Robbery at Yuma gas station,Suspect at large
A robbery Tuesday night at Giant gas station in Yuma, leaves an armed suspect on the run.
Yuma Police Department responded to a call from a cashier who was robbed at gunpoint. Sgt.Lori Franklin says once authorities had finished the investigation they identified the suspect to be a Hispanic male.
“A Hispanic male, about 5’5″ tall and with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black sweater, black gloves, and a camouflage green and yellow mask covering his face.”
With local businesses and neighborhoods in the area of the incident, the act to “see something, say something” could prevent another robbery from happening. Franklin says no one was hurt in the robbery, but to contact YPD if you have any information on the case. You can also remain anonymous by calling 78-CRIME.
