13 On Your Side wants to know your thoughts: He’s been an Arizona senator since 1986 and once again Senator John McCain has decided to run for yet another term. Senator McCain is known for his off the cuff personality and for pushing forward having run for the presidency on two separate occasions; once in 2000 and again in 2008. McCain served two decades in the U.S. Navy before heading to capitol hill and was instrumental in passing anti torture legislation; having being tortured after being captured during the Vietnam War. In 2006, Time listed him as one of the top ten best senators for his efforts in cleaning up Washington. 13 On Your Side wants to know your thoughts: Do you think Senator John McCain will keep his seat?
