Netflix announces a subscription price hike

(KYMA, KECY) - If you want to keep streaming, you're going to have to shell out a bit more money. That is, if you're using Netflix.

The streaming giant is once again raising prices in the United States and Canada.

The subscription price for the standard plan in the U.S. went up to $15.49.

The basic plan is now costing $9.99.
