Amazon announces Prime Day dates will be earlier than ever before
(KYMA, KECY/ CNN) - Amazon has announced the dates for this year's 48-hour "Prime Day" sales which is earlier than it has ever been before.
June 21st and 22nd are the announced dates which is different because it is usually later in the summer. Last year it was postponed until October in response to the pandemic.
Prime Day has taken place since 2015 and the vast majority of the company's offerings on Prime Day have been exclusive to Prime members.
That's the $120-a-year subscription which offers music, movies, TV shows and free shipping.
