Oral arguments continue in legal battle against abortion tomorrow

TUCSON, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Tomorrow, the Arizona Court of Appeals will have another hearing in the legal battle against the 1864 near-total state abortion ban.

There will be oral arguments about the continued legal battle by AG Bronovich on the state's abortion status.

If the 1864 abortion ban is enforced, Arizona will have a near-total ban on abortion access.

Planned Parenthood Arizona believes the majority of Arizonans support the legal right to abortion and that banning abortion doesn't reduce the need for abortions.
