Yuma man convicted of sexual assault against minor has a new address
The Yuma Police Department is alerting the community of a level three sex offender convicted of sexual assault and attempted sexual conduct with a minor.
YPD said that Fabriel P. Ruiz, 25, is now living in the 100 Block of S. Avenue B. He is described as 5 feet, 9 inches, 189 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Officers said on October 3, 2012, Ruiz was convicted on one count of Sexual Assault and one count of Sexual Conduct with a minor (Attempted).
Ruiz is a level three sex offender. Level three sex offenders are listed as potentially having a high risk to re-offend.
