Cibola students recognized for their accomplishments

Cibola High School students are recognized by The Optimist Clubs of Yuma as youth who understand the importance of “paying it forward” and reaching out to others.

These students were honored for completing community service hours, accomplishments in overcoming adversity, involvement in extracurricular activities, making a difference in someone’s life in a positive manner, and academically carrying a grade point average greater than a 2.0.

Cibola students recognized: Lilah Barrera, Skyelynn Bermudez, Benjamin Cabrera, Joshua Dusek, Adam Garrison, Chase Koretz, Gabriel Luna, Taylor Gwen McNeece, Carlos Moreno, and Tawanda Zvavamwe.
