The Healing Journey: Survivors Speak

With October being Domestic Violence Awareness Month, survivors from children to adults are expressing their experience through art.

The Survivors Speak event will feature artwork, poetry, and spoken word done by survivors of abuse. The event is at Littlewood Fine Art Community Co-op and hosted by The Healing Journey with Arizona State Representative Charlene Fernandez Master of Ceremony.

Tonight at 10 p.m. we’ll hear from survivors and officials who share why having a conversation breaks the stigma in reporting abuse.
