YCSO alerts community of sex offender
The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office is advising the community of a sex offender residing in Yuma.
Twenty-year-old Jesse Guerra Fuentes pled guilty to one count of Attempted Sexual Conduct with a 13-year-old girl and was sentenced to 180 days in jail.
Fuentes was also sentenced to probation with the Yuma County Adult Probation Department and is considered a level two sex offender with a medium risk to re-offend.
He is now residing at the 200 block of South Center Street in Yuma.
Fuentes is described as 6 feet, 1 inch tall, 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is not wanted by the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office at this time.
