347 new laws in Arizona
New Arizona laws were put into effect that may change the way of living in Arizona.
These laws went into affect on August 3 and s ome of the new integrated laws are:
Photo radar tickets will now be harder to fight in court and a harsher penalty for wrong-way drivers will be given. Wrong way driving violations can come with a $500 fine and mandatory traffic school. If you are driving under the influence and caught going the wrong direction, you will also lose your license for up to a year and get a minimum four-month jail sentence. Students in kindergarten through third grade will now be able to enjoy two recess periods a day. The minimum legal marriage age set for 16. More specifically, 16 and 17-year-olds who are emancipated and whose spouse is no more than three years older. Anyone attempting to pass off their pet as a fake service animal will be fined $250.
