AEA Federal Credit Union releases statement to customers regarding new online banking system

Some of our viewers expressed concerns over the new AEA online banking app update that took place from June 29th through July 2nd. Many customers said they either had trouble logging in to their account or reading their balance.

AEA Federal Credit Union released an official statement saying: “We recently upgraded our online banking and transaction systems. we are working directly with our members to address any questions. We are experiencing a high call volume, which is typical when a financial institution converts its online banking and transactions systems.”

AEA encourages customers to call if they have any questions regarding the matter at (928) 783-8881 or simply e-mail them at membercare@aeafcu.org.

AEA Federal Credit Union also said they are working hard to fix these issues and want customers to communicate directly with AEA so they can take care of these issues.
