The preparation for the Harvest Dinner
The Harvest Dinner is a special night which takes a moment to appreciate the agriculture and hard work behind it in Yuma.
This year’s theme is the ‘Art of Farming’, where produce is celebrated in forms of art and colorful entrees by local chefs.
“There are so many different people and companies, and moving pieces that bring people together,” said Kristan Sheappeard with Yuma Fresh Vegetable Association.
The Yuma Fresh Vegetable Association wants to thank all of their sponsors involved and the growers to the volunteers for their dedication throughout the year.
