Two convicted felons arrested by Border Patrol

U.S. Border Patrol agents arrested two previously convicted felons who were trying to re-enter the country illegally.

Agents say they arrested Nestor Franco-Guevara, 28, near Bisbee, Arizona on Monday. Franco-Guevara’s records showed he was previously deported and convicted of raping a child in 2009.

Agents also arrested Jesus Nieblas Romero, 26, year San Simon, Arizona on April 14. Nieblas’ records showed he had been convicted twice for illegal re-entry and also for sexual contact with child in 2010.

Both, Nieblas and Franco-Guevara are facing prosecution for criminal re-entry into the U.S.
