Four people sent to hospital after crash on I-8
Four people were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries after a car crash was reported on Interstate 8, mile post 21 at Old Highway 80.
Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) officials say a driver made a u-turn on the interstate’s median causing a second driver to crash into them.
The incident happened shortly before 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
DPS says eastbound lanes on I-8 were closed but have been reopened.
