Inside look at suspected car thief
19-year-old D’Andre Jermain Norman has a laundry list of run-ins with the law.
Norman has been booked into the Yuma County Detention Center three times since June.
On June 2nd, Norman was booked for Domestic Violence Assault, Domestic Violence Disorderly Conduct, and an In-state out-of-county warrant. Norman was released on July 6th to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.
Norman’s next arrest was on October 24th when he was booked for another in-state out-of-county warrant, Criminal Damage per Domestic Violence, and Criminal Nuisance. He was released on October 26th to Maricopa County.
On November 7th, Norman was booked once again for Misdemeanor Theft of Controlled Property, Felony Theft Control Property, and Theft of Intent to Permanently Deprive. Norman was released on November 9th as no complaint was filed.
Since being released Norman is believed to have stolen at least five vehicles and caused at least 2 hit-and-run accidents sending at least one victim to the hospital.
The stolen vehicles include a Grand Marquis, a Ford Taurus, a black Ford Focus, a white Honda, and a red Chevy Silverado.
