Atlanta Dream to host Games 3 and 4 of WNBA Finals at State Farm Area

ATLANTA (KYMA, CBS) - The Atlanta Dream is hosting Games 3 and 4 of the WNBA Finals at State Farm Area.

In a joint statement with the Atlanta Hawks, Game 3 will be Wednesday, October 21, at 8 p.m. Eastern while Game 4 will take place Saturday, October 24, at 1 p.m. Eastern.

This comes after the Dream secured a spot in the finals, where they're facing off against the Golden State Valkyries, but struggled to find a venue for the third and fourth games of the Finals as the Dream's home arena, the Gateway Center in College Park, holds less than 4,000 people.

In addition, the arena was booked for a Sombr concert on Thursday, October 22, and the Hawks' regular season games on Saturday, October 24, and Thursday, October 29.

As a result, the October 24 game will be a doubleheader as the Hawks take on the Houston Rockets at 8:30 p.m. as part of their 2026-27 regular season home opener.

"Relocating Games 3 and 4 of the WNBA Finals from Gateway Center Area to State Farm Arena was complex undertaking that required extraordinary collaboration to navigate numerous challenges in a short period of time," the teams said.

Game 1 of the WNBA Finals is taking place Saturday, October 17. Tickets for Games 3 and 4 of the Finals will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. To purchase tickets, click here.
