Skier Mikaela Shiffrin gets energized for Beijing
Two-time gold medalist talks about get back on the Olympic slopes
"I think pretty much every day that passes, now, the energy, the vibe builds a little bit more. Because we, I mean, we just started the World Cup season on this past Saturday. And it went went really well. And though it went really well for our whole team, and it's like when you start racing, and then you're in, you know, training mode during the race season. And you're in that competition mindset, it starts just it's like, keeps building and building and building. And of course, we're focused on World Cup races, but there's a huge, I don't know, gleaming focus on the Olympics as well. And that just keeps the energy building. So it is, I would say also being here today and having these, like highlight events, you know, getting everybody psyched up for the Olympics. That's, we feel that too as athletes.
